2018 Report:
Always seem to be in the mix even when they are juggling players. History of excellence goes a long way when it comes to those intangibles that win games even when they are outgunned. DEA - 2nd DEA, DNP CenCal, 3rd Sparks. Have a great argument as the 3rd best team. Problem could be too many players on the roster. They have some talented veterans and some up and comers. Will constantly rotating these players and changing the lineup hurt them? More questions than answers at this time.

2017 Report:
Still one of the top teams in the nation, but the off-season losses to LAPD Blue took their toll. It was evident in Vegas. If they want to win another world title they are going to need to bolster up their stable a bit. They have some of the top players in the nation... Kevin Mort in particular is a guy they can build on for the next decade. They need 2 more Mort's!

2016 Report:
2nd DEA Kickoff, 2nd Las Vegas BB, 3rd WCC, 2nd Reno, 1st Tahoe, 2nd St. Louis BB, 2nd KC BB, T9 World Series Majors. The most traveled team on the west coast again had a strong showing throughout the year by most teamís standards, however very much felt like a down year for the Combo. T9 was their worst finish at the World Series in years and they look to come back stronger next year with some big additions. Overall great season but off season losses are a concern. They have replaced those players but seem to be overstocked in the OF and understocked in middle infield. Also need a back up pitcher now.

2014 Report:
Ps.Com Comments: Well deserved World Championship. This did not surprise anyone as they were projected to be one of the top teams going into the WS and they lived up to the hype. Very complete team with no exploitable weaknesses. They have a full cadre of young players so they are primed to have a successful run for years to come. This appears be the beginning of the DEA era. Their biggest challenge will be maintaining their depth. They had 20 very solid players at their disposal at the WS. All of those guys are starters just about anywhere else so it is possible some of the younger role players will seek other options this off-season. Whatever the case, the DEA can absorb a few defections and still be on top of the totem pole with very few challengers. Committee Comments: Softball first, partying second paid off for these guys. 1st DEA Kickoff, 2nd WCC, 1st WS. Best all around year for the DEA Combo since the advent of Police Softball.

2013 Report:
Outstanding year for the Combo! They dominated the West Conference Championships and finished 3rd at the World Series. On the biggest stages they outperformed the other WC teams. definitely closed the gap on alliance this year. Top 3 finish every tourney. The run on Sunday at world series of beating showtime, sin city, New York blues, hardcore, before losing to down to earth was impressive. I believe went 2-1 this year against alliance. Played well all season. Horrible injuries hurt their run at the World Series. Saving the partying for after the tournament definately made this team a contender at every tourney.

2012 Report:
Solid year but a ho-hum World Series drops them a few spots. They won their bracket with impressive wins over the Ohio Lawmen and Missouri, but the wheels fell off come playoff time. Impressive overall resume in 2012 keeps them in the top 7.

2011 Report:
30 points. 5t at DEA Kickoff (non-points) and 4th place Las Vegas Bacon Ball (points). 7th in World Series.

2010 Report:
They had a great year and would have cracked the top 5 but they sputtered in the World Series. They did so/so in the Desert Classic. Much like the SoCal Alliance they cruised toward the end of the year causing them to get leap frogged in the rankings. Overall this is a young talented team that is definately on the upswing.
