El Paso Texas To HEAT Up Cop Softball Circuit In 2008 |

Saul Enriquez 2007 West All-Star who previously played on the Cal-Syndicate squad is a Federal Agent. He was recently transferred to the to the El Paso, Texas region and since that area did not have a traveling tournament team, Saul decided to contact Adrian Garcia of the El Paso Police Department and coach of the EL PASO HEAT. Saul convinced Adrian to seek out some talented players in the area and take their show on the road.
The team is comprised of Federal Border Patrol Agents along with members of the local Sheriff and Police Departments. The EL PASO HEAT intend to compete in the Boombah Points Chase. Their goal is to crack the West's top 10 and compete in the World Series next October.
The state of Texas is known for being deep in softball talent and the HEAT will draw talent from a different region than TEAM TEXAS. If you are interested in trying out for the HEAT you can contact Adrian or Saul via email. Insiders say the Heat will bring a well balanced line-up of slick fielders, speedy runners and situational sluggers. Ps.Com would like to welcome Saul and the HEAT to the law enforcement softball circuit and wish them good luck in 2008.
