2018 Report:
We have not heard much from them this year...have they made moves? Or are they standing solid with their already loaded roster? We will find out in West Covina.

2017 Report:
We had high hopes for them in Vegas. They were obviously disappointed in their finish and word is there might be some significant changes on the horizon. Whatever the case, there is so much talent in Michigan/Illinois/Indiana that you know they will do what it takes to reclaim that top spot once again. Committee Comments: Like a lot of teams looking up at Mid-Atlantic, they've got to get younger to win another WS title. 7. GLL Inactive most of the year, but had a solid World Series.

2016 Report:
Veteran team that's always in the mix. Big 1st place finish in a stacked St. Louis tournament. Looked like world beaters in St. Louis andlooked completely overmatched in Vegas.

2014 Report:
Ps.Com Comments: We barely recognized these guys in Vegas. They were very athletic, quick and played sparkling defense. It appears they had a complete make over and the results spoke for themselves as they finished in 3rd and soundly eliminated the defending back to back champs before finally falling to the red hot NYPD Blues. They get a bump in the rankings as a result but their entire body of work over the course of the season is not enough to leapfrog 3N2/D2E in the EC standings or Alliance in the national standings. That said, you better keep your eyes on these guys next year as they have the arsenal to overtake the Blues as the top team. Committee Comments: 3. GLL - Had a great World Series finishing as the EC 2nd best team BUT did not play much all year. This is ranking for the ENTIRE year. 3. Great Lakes - New faces at WS have stock rising

2013 Report:
There season was nothing like their epic 2011 campaign, but they had a lot of non-softball, real world issues to deal with. They did repeat as the Sterling champs once again and they are certainly a cohesive unit so we predict a strong bounce back 2014 is in store for GLL. 6. Great Lakes - average year at best, we'll see next year if arrow is pointing up or down. 4. Great Lakes - talented but underachieved this year and with good reason. They will be back in the mix. 8. Great Lakes very difficult year for a great group of guys but they persevered and played with all they could. Hopefully the future is brighter. GOD BLESS PHILL.

2012 Report:
3. Great Lakes XXX 3.GLL Very good all year and the solid at the WS. Gets the nod over Minnesota for being more active. XXX 3. Great Lakes XXX 4.Great Lakes,3rd Dayton,T7 W.S. Former World Champs XXX 4. GLL- Good team, good guys did not seem to be as motivated this year XXX 4. GL Lawmen XXX 3. GLL- You know Mich will always be in the mix XXX 3. . Great Lakes XXX 2. Great Lakes XXX 3. Great Lakes - two great pitchers, can hit and play defense. XXX 2. GLL, 2 tourney championships, 3rd in dayton losing to the 1st and 2nd place finishers, 7th in worlds losing to the 1st and 2nd finishers. XXX

2011 Report:
1. Great Lakes- won the biggest tourney of the year & had solid finishes in every tourney before thatI guess G Lakes gets the nod b/c of WS win .Great Lakes: fantastic WS congrats. They jump up this far because of the other teams (shamrocks, SF) poor showings. Had a good year, not great until the end. Great pitching helps this team. Great Lakes- WS Major division champs and unstoppable.Got to put Great Lakes number one. They finished third in every tournament. Won sterling and won the biggest of the year.GL #1. Probably the only team that could have beat SoCal on that day. Great Lakes Lawmen They played consistently very good all year and had good chemistry. They earned the BIG prize and that can never be taken away. A very solid team who won numerous 1 run games so fate must have been smiling on them. 1st Place in the World Series. 3rd place was their lowest finish all season. They proved they can win when it matters even though they were missing two starters. Nobody wants to be in their bracket. #1 GREAT LAKES LAWMEN- 3RD PLACE IN ORLANDO, 3RD PLACE IN VEGAS, 3RD PLACE IN NEW YORK, 3RD PLACE IN DAYTON, 1ST PLACE IN STERLING AND 1ST PLACE IN THE BIGGEST TOURNAMENT OF THE YEAR WITH THE BEST TEAMS IN THE COUNRTY. BEAT SOCAL (THE BEST TEAM AND MAYBE THE BEST TEAM OF ALL TIME) ON THE BIGGEST STAGE OF THE YEAR. WON THE WORLD SERIES.
