2011 Report: Gold Division World Champs, they get a nice bump in the rankings.14. Metro Detroit. I just can't rank them ahead of any of the Majors teams but I do give them props for winning Gold. Nice work boys.They won the gold at the World Series and come off a good finish in Sterling. 2010 Report: They are from a talent rich region and have the capabilities of building something special. They were a favorite to win the World Series Gold Division but had personnel drop at the last minute and they pulled out. Now the question is, what will become of MDF in 2011? Will they have dedicated players or will they fall victim to the same virus that infects and eventually kills teams...apathy.
