On June 18th and 19th, 2015, 17 teams came together for the 44th annual National Police Softball Championship at River City East Sports Complex in Cincinnati, Ohio. The teams were divided into (2) diversions, Gold and Silver. After the 3 round robin games were played. The top 2 in each division went on to play in the upper division which was the Gold, and the bottom 2 went to the Silver.

After a great opening ceremony that honored the fallen officers from around the country, highlighted by skydivers that jumped with a large American Flag and streamers strapped to their backs. Softball play began.

After round robin play was completed. Pool play winners were Louisville, Missouri, Minnesota, and DPS. Other Gold qualifiers were Shamrocks, Dayton Metro, Detroit;s Finest, and North Florida.

After the dust settled two teams stood tall, Minnesota and Shamrocks. Minnesota lost to Shamrocks, 17-14 to force the if game. In the finals there was no disappointment on drama. Shamrocks held a 2 run lead going into the bottom of the 7th inning with both teams out of HR's. Minnesota played small ball and won the game on a 2 out hit with a runner on 2nd base to win a thriller 30-29. To capture the 44th annual National Police Softball Championship.

In the Silver divisions, OH50 beat Steel City in the if game 21-17 to win the Championship
