2018 Report:
Runners up in Mid Majors in Vegas. Stacked lineup. Firmly entrenched in the heavyweight division now. Nitro - 6th DEA - team has talent. Would be ranked higher if they played outside of SoCal

2017 Report:
Roller coaster year. Started out with a loaded roster and were winning a LOT early in the season. Guys started dropping and so did the wins. They were very unimpressive toward the end of the year but bounced back strong in Vegas at the World Series. They advanced to the championship game and finally fell in extra innings to Ablaze. Great way to finish the season so they can build on next year!

2016 Report:
Rebuilt and probably not quite as strong yet but definitely more balanced with good pitching and a stronger middle infield.

2014 Report:
Ps.Com Comments: If they can somehow field the same exact team they had in Vegas next season they could be the top contender to win the Gold title. Or, they might even bump up. The problem is, they typically have defections in the off-season and it seems Lyle has to wear the "under construction" hat every winter. Somehow he rebuilds and somehow they end up better than before. He currently has some highly talented players but he needs to get the NorCal/CenCal group to come to the big SoCal events like DEA and WCC. In return he really needs to get the rest of the squad up North to one of the big ones up there like Reno, Tahoe or Moody. Committe Comments: Good season and finished 5th at WS. Came out hot this year with gold division wins at DEA Kickoff and Sin City Madness. T7 at the WCC and T5 at the WS rounded out a pretty good year for Nitro.

2013 Report:
Great year, dismal finish = big drop in the rankings. We had high hopes for Nitro2Go possibly winning the Gold Division. They ended up champions, but it was in the Silver Division after they stumbled to an 0-2 round robin performance in the World Series. Then, they even lost a game in the Silver Division playoffs! But, they made the best out of a bad situation and took care of business to bounce back and double dip SoCal Riot. So they should be congratulated for winning the Silver Division, but also understand that they had all the horses to run with the pack in the Gold Division. Word is they are losing some key San Diego players who are reforming the SD Excessive Force team. Lyle takes care of his team and players so you can bet he is out looking to make Nitro better, as always.

2012 Report:
The World Series was a tale of 2 teams. Nitro won their round robin bracket and looked as if they were a contender leading into the playoffs. What a difference a day makes. Come Sat they were punched out 0-2 and finished T17. The good news is, they stay in the Top 25 and their coach is already sniffing around for some free agents. Stay tuned.

2011 Report:
13 points. tied 9 at DEA Kickoff (no points) and tied 9 at Vegas BBall (points). Gold T-9 in Riverside (points). Gold Division World Series.

2010 Report:
They still have the fire...they have a good leader...they need their guys to commit to 6-8 tourneys next year so they have the opportunity to live out their potential. Solid core group of guys, but they need the same guys to show up every week.
