Jim ''Lemon'' Lemmon
Jim started playing police softball in 1985 with the San Leandro Police Department team and played in local tournaments in Northern California until 1996. Jim was one of the forefather's of Nor Cal/California Quake when it was established in 1996 as a traveling police softball tournament team. Jim played with Quake through 2006 when they won the PoliceSoftball.com World Seies II. Jim is a true competitor and is known for his power and finesse as a hitter. Jim has been a very versatile player in his 25 plus year career as he has played nearly every position. Jim earned the PoliceSoftball.com Shevy Wright West Coast Sportsman of the Year in 2009 and his dedication to police softball has impacted this sport in many positive ways.
