Won the B flight
In 2008:
They were hot and cold in 07, but were hot when it mattered most and that was during the Small Market World Series. They went 5-1 to win the event and earn a berth in the 08 event. Since they are guaranteed a spot this year they don’t need to focus on the points, but this team is full of pride so don’t expect them to let off the throttle. They scored some big upsets over some of the top teams in the nation last year and we don’t expect anything to change in 08. 2008 OUTLOOK: They should be even stronger then last year and cracking the Top 15 is not beyond the realm of possibilities. They hope to fair better than the previous Small Market champs did in the World Series last year, but that event showcases the Beasts from the East and Best from the West so their work will be cut out for them.

| Summary |
The Stanislaus County S/O softball team was formed in the 80s. We have primarily played in Northern Cali tournaments and in the old open division CHP tournament in Las Vegas. Our team is made up of 11 Stan CO deputies, 1 Tuolumne Co deputy and one Ceres PD officer. We plan on playing in more tournaments and traveling down south.

|
Play solid defense and hit the ball hard all over the field for the whole game.

|
Like any other team our bats will die for a game and it just so happens that game is on Sunday morning.

|
Winning a bronze at the Police Olympics in 2003. Playing well in Concords tournament in 2007 and beating some good teams. (We finally broke that stigma on Sunday morning at BLD Manteca by stepping up).

Losing on Sunday mornings after going 3-0 or 2-1 on Saturday.

To play in more tournaments and for once having all our players show up for one tournament. Make a top 10 finish at the end of the year and earn a spot in the W.S. Most importantly is to have a good time with our L.E. brothers and get away from the office
