Pool “A” had Direct Impact going 2-0 with wins over Oakland and State Razed

Pool “B” had Aftershock going 2-0 with wins over Syndicate and Forfeit win over Razorbacks.

Pool “C” had Sac Police going 2-0 with wins over Folsom and Cartel.

Pool “D” had the Choir Boys going 2-0 with wins over DVI and Sac Probation.

Pool “E” had the Quake going 2-0 with wins over Folsom and Cartel.

Pool “F” had Concord going 2-0 with wins over Santa Cruz and Quit Resisting.

Upon pool play completion, the top 12 teams went to “A” Flight and the remaining teams went on to “B” flight.

The top 4 seeded teams were Direct Impact, Quake, Aftershock and Choir Boys. Choirboys were the only team to make it to the Championship.

The early odds on favorites to win the whole tourney were Quake and Aftershock, but it was not meant to be. Aftershock awaited the winner of Sac Police and Cartel. Sac Police defeated Cartel and went on to defeat Aftershock. Aftershock went on to play Stanislaus in the loser’s bracket and was eliminated.

Sac Police ran into a red hot State Razed team and was sent into the loser bracket. State Razed started slow in pool play, but found their groove. State Razed defeated DVI, Quake, Sac Police and Syndicate. State Razed was waiting in the Championship.

Concord started elimination play with victories over Santa Cruz and Choirboys. Concord was defeated by Syndicate in a close game. Syndicate started elimination play by defeating Direct Impact in a close game and continued with a win over Concord. Syndicate was cooled of by State Razed. Syndicate finished in 3rd place.

Choir Boys made it to the Championship via the loser’s bracket. Choir Boys put a string of 5 victories together over Cartel, Direct Impact, Concord, Sac Police and Syndicate.

State Razed and Choir Boys battled in the Championship game with the Choirboys coming out on top. In the IF game the 2 teams continued to battle with State Razed walking away with the Championship.

State Razed received 3 Combat Bats and Roller bags. Choir Boys received 2 Combat Bats and Combat batting gloves.

The “B” Flight Tourney consisted of Oakland, San Joaquin, Sac Probation, Quit Resisting and Folsom.

Sac Probation and Oakland battled in the Championship game, with Oakland sending it to the IF game. Sac Probation found its groove and came out the Champions.

Sac Probation received 2 Combat Bats and Elite Roller Bags.
