2018 Report:
They are the scariest team you want to see in round 1 or in Vegas. They are confirmed giant killers. They need to consistently keep their collective feet on the gas throughout an entire tournament much like they did 2 years ago enroute to the Mid Majors championship.

2017 Report:
Last years Mid-Majors champions proved to be strong contenders in the Majors Division this year. Knocking on the door of Top 10 in the nation.

2016 Report:
Predicted to finish #2 in Mid Majors at WS, instead finished first. Promotion to Majors guaranteed. World Series Champions Mid-Majors. Great showing at the World Series from a team that always shows up to this tournament locked and loaded to compete.

2014 Report:
Ps.Com Comments: Finally! We have been bragging about their potential for years and honestly we began to doubt ourselves. Their 2009 World Series performance was getting more and more distant. They put it all together this year and their 20-9 win and subsequent elimination of the Ohio Lawmen put them in the spotlight. They enjoyed their most productive season to date so they get a big bump in the rankings. In past years they traveled outside Texas so will we see more of them this coming year? Cincy? SoCal? Va. Beach? Committee Comments: Ranked 11th in west prior to WS, but has some impressive victories at WS. Lack of tourney’s played hurt overall ranking, but team has heart and was in every game. Best Texas Team I have ever seen them field.

2013 Report:
This is a very tough team to figure out. We have seen glimpses of how good they can be, but we have also seem them play uninspired softball during important games. They limped into the World Series with a patch work line-up but honestly, they looked pretty good. They lost some very close games because their defense kept teams within striking distance. They were not fun to watch, kind of like the Baltimore Ravens in their hey-day, but if they continue to hold their opponents to single digits runs scored, eventually their offense will catch up. Manager Tom Clayton is committed to restoring prestige and Top 5 status to the Lone Star squad.

2012 Report:
They are geographically challenged but they did win some local Texas law enforcement tournaments and looked strong at the World Series. They finished T13 which isn't anywhere near their 4th place finish in 2009, but overall they had a solid World Series which solidifies them as one of the better WC Major Division teams.

2011 Report:
17th place World Series Major Division.

2010 Report:
Its been said that the game is played on the field and not on paper. That proved to be true this year as Texas posted a disappointing finish at the World Series after finishing 4th last year. The team was stronger (on paper) this year but things did not play out on the field. Now there is a rumor of a split and 2 Texas teams competing in the circuit next year. Another rumor has San Antonio bulking up to make a run at top dog status in the lone star state. We will see how that plays out.
