The Greene County Enforcers, Nitro2Go and the Road Dogs are now previewed
Today PoliceSoftball.com will continue its feature series which will show a "Season Preview" on some of the off-season moves made by teams. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the moves listed but we are confident we will get it right many more times than we get it wrong. Not every team will be featured. Only teams that contacted us with their updates or teams that received a lot of press on their personnel moves on the message board will be previewed. If you would like your team previewed, please send us an e mail prior to the end of the series. On each preview we have listed the teams final 2009 ranking and we have assigned each team an unofficial theme song which we feel reflects that team in some way. We hope you enjoy the work on this and we will be seeing you all soon at the fields.
GREEN COUNTY ENFORCERS: The Greene County Enforcers have announced a major coup by inking former Buckeye Lawmen/Central Ohio veterans Terry Ables, Jimmy Berner and Matt Woolfe. This move was announced on the heels of the announcement by the Buckeye Lawmen that the team would be merging with the Bluegrass Lawmen. The Greene County Enforcers have long been known as the best team that nobody knew about due to lack of national exposure. According to insiders, 2010 will be their coming out year as they plan on traveling to several tournaments including the World Series in October. Experts feel this move, along with the moves made by the Buckeyes/Bluegrass, Ohio Lawmen, Michigan Lawmen, Illinois/Wayne-Oakland, and Motor City will create a major power-shift to the mid-west region. 2010 Them Song “Step Up” by Drowning Pool
NITRO2GO HITMEN: A press information officer for the Nitro2Go Hitmen aka Dirty Berdoo aka San Bernardino Hitmen has announced a major merger. The Southbay Outlaws have officially folded, but 6...SIX key players from that squad have been inked by Nitro2Go. The team name will most likely remain Nitro2Go, but they are toying with names such as the Dirty Outlaws. The team will have duel management with Paul Casas and Lyle Reyes assuming the reigns. The names of the players involved have not been released, but it is widely speculated that sparkplug Eric "JKLB" Kent is one of those players involved. 2010 Theme Song “Bad Company” by Bad Company
BOYS IN BLUE ROAD DOGS: The Dogs have formed in the New York/Pennsylvania region and will be competing in several law enforcement tournaments this year. The team will be comprised of many members of the former Tri-State Enforcers team. The new edition of the team will be comprised of players from New York and Penn. making them a 2-adjoining-state combo.
They have plans to attend Orlando, Virginia Beach and the World Series along with several local tournaments. Their tourney schedule looks like this:
May 22, 23 2010 Virginia
June 26, 27 2010 Gaithersburg Maryland
July 9, 10 2010 Dayton Ohio
