The West Coast HOF Committee is proud to announce the 2011 HOF Class! The committee worked diligently on the process, and many e-mails were sent back and forth. A nice discussion of the criteria was also discussed amongst the members of the committee. A ton of effort and hard work went into this endeavor, and well earned recognition should be placed squarely on the committee's shoulders. Each member votes on the nominees they would like to see inducted into the HOF, and they also reject any nominee they feel does not meet the selection criteria. The process is modeled after the MLB HOF selection process, and it has been nice to streamline the process. The committee consists of a who's who of West Coast dignitaries. The committee members are:

The committee must find balance when deciding who has made a "significant and positive impact" on our sport and who may not be at that point right now. it is a difficult job and the committee takes the responsibility very serious.
